Master the complete "4 Steps of Consciousness" methodology — the core framework for guiding clients from a Suffering State to a Beautiful State, where lasting transformation becomes possible.

Monthly 1-on-1 Training (60 min)

Each month, a 60-minute Zoom session where you'll deepen your understanding of the methodology, practice facilitation skills, and receive direct feedback and mentoring from Nami.

Practice Assignments

Between sessions, you'll complete structured practice assignments — real exercises in counseling, mindfulness facilitation, and self-inquiry that build your skills month by month.

Official Certification

Upon completion, you'll receive your Certified Consciousness Coach credential — qualifying you to work with individuals, lead group sessions, and guide mindfulness practices with confidence.

About Nami

About Your Mentor

I was born in Nagasaki, Japan — and by 17, I was training at the Princess Grace Ballet Academy in Monaco, then in Paris, pursuing my dream of becoming a professional ballet dancer. At 20, I made a sharp turn: moved to the U.S., studied business at Fort Lewis College in Colorado, and graduated as a Dean's List Honor Student. From there, I worked at a global firm in Tokyo, then spent over a decade in Hawaii running real estate alongside my husband — leading 50+ investment and development projects and earning my Hawaii real estate license. Five trips to India deepened my study of consciousness-based inner work at its source. In 2018, I went independent.

Since then, I've worked with CEOs, doctors, lawyers, investors, and athletes — helping them get out of their own way and into their full potential. My first book became a bestseller in Japan. I've led seminars across Hawaii, Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Nagano, hosted three executive retreats, and done over 1,000 one-on-one sessions.
